Sometimes it’s become very hard to cope up with current situations. Every one may suffer from this state. We all know that it is harmful to get angry and feel an unpleasant mood. Both physical and Mental situations get even worse only Because of this. But many of us don’t know how to relax ownself.

1.Follow on your breath.Observe your breathing. You will notice that you are breathing quickly when you are angry or upset. Yes, It’s good to notice the situation that means you are aware of it. Take a long breath instead of taking quickly. Breath out. Do it at least five times. It will slow your heart beat, palpitation. Now forward to step two.
2.Sit down if you are standing or lay down on your bed. That will also lower your anger into a lower step. Then when you will be on your bed for at least 5 mins. It will help you to forget your unlikely situation. Or on the other hand, if you have started your unlikely situation during your bedtime. Then stand up, take some water and walk for 2 or 3 minutes. Turn over to third step.
3. Drink one glass of water. It will cool down your body as well as mind. It will release your body heat. Body temperature will decrease. It feels cool from the inside of your body.
4.Use cool or normal water to take a shower. If not possible wash your face, hand, head and foot. Then you can have one cup of tea or coffee. It will give you. It will boost your energy .
5. Think about your work. Take a task for completion which is beneficiary for your all situation. Even if it does not give you instant results. choose a task which will be good for you. Such as the task itself beneficiary for without instant output. Invest in yourself. Don’t be dependent on anyone without your creator. You can try to concentrate on reading books. It will fresh your mind.
However, It’s necessary to refresh our mind even in any awkward situation. There is no need to stop for such reasons created by others. We need to be controlled by only us, not by any other person. We should not be dependent on others without our creators. That is the way of true happiness.
